Free enrollment assistance through city - call 311 or text CoveredNYC (SeguroNYC en Español) to 877877. For assistance enrolling through a local community-based organization: call (888) 614-5400 or email enroll@cssny.org. All NYC Health + Hospitals centers will provide healthcare regardless of insurance coverage, and can help with insurance enrollment: call 1-844-NYC-4NYC.
