Trans Lifeline is a grassroots hotline and microgrants 501(c)(3) non-profit organization offering direct emotional and financial support to trans people in crisis – for the trans community, by the trans community.

Trans Lifeline Hotline

Trans and questioning people can call (877) 565-8860 10am-5am Eastern and speak to a trans/nonbinary peer operator. Full anonymity and confidentiality, and no nonconsensual active rescue (calling 911, emergency services, or law enforcement).
