The Mayor's Office of Immigration Affairs is for every immigrant New Yorker. It offers free, safe immigration legal help in a network of trusted community organizations and schools.

Free legal services for immigrant New Yorkers

Call the city-funded, free, and safe MOIA Immigration Legal Support Hotline at 800-354-0365, or call 311 and say, "Immigration Legal," between 9:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, to get help in any language: Get answers to immigration policy questions and information on how and where to find help at Legal Support Centers across the City, housed in community sites, public health facilities, public schools, and libraries. Must be a New York City resident and making 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.
