CaringKind Helpline for Support with Dementia

Call (646) 744-2900, fill out an online form, or email helpline@caringkindnyc.org for resources for caregivers of those diagnosed with Alzheimer's or dementia. Social workers can meet, by appointment, in person in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and The Bronx or by phone and email.
