MDSG is a bi weekly support group for people with mental health disorders or family/friend with mental health disorders. These groups now meet over zoom (wed & friday 7:30-9:15) and include Under 30, Bipolar, Friends and Family, Unipolar and I believe a LGTBQ+ group is underway.

Mood Disorder Support Groups

MDSG is a bi-weekly free support group network for people dealing with a mood disorder. Meetings are Wednesday and Friday 7:30-9:15 over zoom. Groups available include Bipolar, Unipolar, Under 30, and Friends and Family. A donation is requested, but no one is turned away.
