Assistance with Supportive Housing
Call 718-538-3344, Monday-Friday. Housing advocacy in the areas of evictions, complaints, housing code violations, landlord/tenant and tenant/tenant mediation, and dispossession’s and foreclosures preventions. Also provide legal assistance, advocacy on behalf of the client should they be denied, rejected, and/or terminated for the following: housing application forms of HPD/NYCHA section 8, tenancy forms, NYC FEPS application, OTDA FEPS, SNAP, DRIE, LINK, SCRIE, homeowner’s loan program and rent stabilization forms.
Free Housing Legal Services & Eviction Prevention Program
Call 718-538-3344 Ext. 100 or 117, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. NAICA's primary focus is geared towards providing legal eviction prevention services to families and individuals who are working, receiving public assistance, or that meet the low-income eligibility and are at risk of losing their homes.
