Project Renewal

Project Renewal engages with people experiencing homelessness to help them prioritize their healthcare while concurrently supporting their most basic needs. Project Renewal has integrated primary care and behavioral health services into the shelter-based clinics, which allows for patients to receive all services within one location.

Shelter-Based Clinics for Homeless People

The shelter-based clinics located in Third Street, Fort Washington, New Providence, and Williams Avenue serve homeless adults from all over New York City. No one is turned away, regardless of their ability to pay. Services include primary care, diabetes testing, depression and substance abuse screening, HIV testing and viral load suppression, tobacco cessation, and detox treatments.
