NYC Infant and Toddler Education Programs
New York City offers free or low-cost high quality early childhood education infant and toddler programs for qualifying families with children between six weeks and three-years-old (who are not yet age-eligible for 3K). Extended Day/Year Infant and Toddler Programs provide year-round care and learning for up to 10 hours a day and are available in two settings: - Center-based care at NYC Early Education Centers (NYCEECs) - Home-based care through Family Child Care Networks (FCCNs) To learn about eligibility and to enroll, contact a program directly, or email CCapplication@schools.nyc.gov
Childcare for Babies and Toddlers: EarlyLearn Program
EarlyLearn NYC is free or low-cost child care and education for children six weeks to four years old available for families who qualify for free or low-cost care.
